Residence Rights And Citizenship Procedures of Foreigners in Turkey

With the residence permit, which is a permit required by international law, it is ensured that possible negative situations are prevented by protecting public peace and order and that the foreign nationals in the country are determined and controlled. How to Obtain a Residence Permit?

The required documents vary depending on the type of residence permit applied for.   • The original of the stamped or signed document stating that social assistance has not been received in the last 3 years,
  • Document showing that it is registered on the address registration system,

The documents required for Family residence permit:

  • Residence permit application form,
  • Original and photocopy of passport or equivalent document,
  • Biometric photo (4 pcs),

With the same time, the documents to be submitted by the sponsor are:

  • Passport or equivalent document,
  • Original and photocopy of identity card,
  • Financial statement,
  • Health insurance for family members,
  • Residence permit document,
  • Criminal record,

A document showing that you are registered in the address registration system.
